Experience: 2–5 years in Solar/Electrical Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day solar project site activities and ensure work is completed as per project requirements.
Monitor installation, erection, civil and electrical work at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors and site teams.
Ensure work is carried out as per safety and quality standards.
Monitor manpower, material availability and daily site progress.
Maintain daily site reports and update management on project progress.
Identify and resolve site-level issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Civil or relevant field.
Experience in solar projects, preferably KUSUM Solar / ground-mounted solar projects.
Positive knowledge of site supervision, basic electrical/civil work and safety practices.
Ability to manage site manpower and coordinate with multiple teams.
Willingness to work at project locations.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
