Hiring Freshers & 1–2 Years Experienced Candidates – OMR, Chennai

We are hiring Apprentice Trainees / Graduate Trainees for a reputed manufacturing/factory environment in Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), Chennai.

This is a excellent opportunity for Diploma and Graduate candidates looking to start or build their career in the manufacturing industry. Freshers are welcome and 100% on-the-job training will be provided.

Eligibility

- Any Diploma / Any Graduate
- 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 batches only
- Candidates with arrears can apply
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in any field can apply
- Male & Female candidates eligible

Job Role Candidates will work inside the factory and may be assigned to:
- Assembly
- Quality
- Production support
- Manufacturing operations
- Other factory departments based on requirements

No prior manufacturing experience is required. Complete on-the-job training will be provided. Salary & Benefits

- Starting Salary: ₹19,500/month
- After 1 Year: ₹22,500/month
- Working hours: 8.5 hours
- Free food – 3 meals per day

Accommodation Accommodation is available near the workplace on a paid basis:
- Approx. ₹1,500–₹2,000/month
- Separate accommodation for male and female candidates

Shift Timings
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- General Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
