Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our uPVC factory. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, machine utilization, material management, and timely delivery of finished products while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production operations for uPVC windows, doors, frames, and related profiles.
- Prepare production plans and schedules based on customer orders and project requirements.
- Supervise cutting, milling, welding, corner cleaning, reinforcement, hardware fitting, glazing, and final assembly processes.
- Ensure products meet approved drawings, dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Allocate work to production supervisors, machine operators, fabricators, and technicians.
- Monitor production output, productivity, material consumption, wastage, and rejection rates.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, tools, equipment, and manpower.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality Control, Sales, Design, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor inventory of uPVC profiles, steel reinforcement, glass, hardware, gaskets, accessories, and other raw materials.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders and dispatches as per project deadlines.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, workplace safety, and factory operating standards.
- Maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, rejection reports, and MIS.




- Train and guide production staff on work procedures, quality requirements, and safety practices.
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs, wastage, rework, and production delays.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in a uPVC windows and doors manufacturing factory is strongly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of uPVC fabrication machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of technical drawings, measurements, cutting lists, hardware specifications, and quality checks.
- Experience in production planning, inventory control, manpower handling, and dispatch coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on experience in uPVC window and door fabrication.
- Experience managing a production team in a manufacturing facility.
- Ability to read technical drawings and plan fabrication based on project requirements.
- Experience coordinating production for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Candidates with strong operational ownership and a focus on quality, productivity, and timely delivery will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
