We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager (Candy, lollipop,toffee) to oversee end-to-end production operations for candies, lollipops, toffees, jellies, and chocolates. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of confectionery processes, packaging materials, and production planning, with hands-on floor management experience and excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Production & Process Management

- Oversee day-to-day production
- Implement and monitor production plans to achieve output targets within quality and time parameters.
- Ensure all processes follow company SOPs and quality standards.

Planning & Coordination

- Prepare detailed production planning based on order schedules and material availability.
- Plan shift schedules for supervisors.
- Coordinate with raw material and packaging suppliers to ensure timely material availability and avoid production delays.
- Plan raw material and packaging material requirements based on ongoing and upcoming production orders.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure production is carried out under proper hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.
