About the Role

Position Overview The Production Executive will play a hands-on role in the creation of high-quality content for the City Palace Museum and its associated brands. The role combines shooting and video editing with a strong sense of visual storytelling. Working closely with the creative and communications team, the Production Executive will help bring narratives to life across digital platforms, social media, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a keen aesthetic eye, a good grasp of current content trends, and the technical ability to independently produce polished, platform-ready content. CITY PALACE MUSEUM, JAIPUR

Responsibilities

- Shooting & Videography
- Plan and execute shoots for a range of content formats including reels, short-form videos, long-form documentaries, event coverage, and campaign films.
- Operate camera equipment and associated gear to produce visually compelling footage across various settings.
- Work closely with the creative team to understand briefs and translate them into well-composed, on-brand visual content.
- Assist in the setup of lighting, sound, and other production elements to ensure shoot quality.
- Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit footage into polished, platform-ready videos for use across social media, the website, presentations,



and other digital channels.
- Adapt content for multiple formats and aspect ratios across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation & Ideation
- Contribute ideas for content formats, series, and creative executions that align with the Museum’s brand and audience.
- Stay updated on trends in video content, social media formats, and digital storytelling to bring fresh perspectives to content planning.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and copywriting team to ensure cohesive, multi-format content delivery.
- Production Coordination
- Assist in the planning and coordination of shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and equipment management.

Qualifications

- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communications, Visual Media, or an adjacent field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in video shooting and editing, preferably within a content, media, or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.




- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar tools for basic motion graphics is an advantage.
- A portfolio of video work demonstrating range across formats and styles.
