Role Description The Production Engineer will work on-site in Kochi in a full-time capacity, overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes, coordinating production planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet output, cost, and delivery targets. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control standards, troubleshooting process and equipment issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

The Production





Engineer will also prepare reports, maintain documentation, and communicate clearly with supervisors, operators, and other stakeholders to ensure protected and consistent operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills to manage and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, solve process issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control skills to maintain product standards, support inspections, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide clear instructions, and document process changes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field) are preferred.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing, familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methods, and knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and use production-related software and basic MS Office tools is advantageous.
