– Production Follow-up Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and customer-focused Production Follow-up Executive with 2–4 years of experience in purchase order processing, production coordination, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills to ensure smooth production operations and timely order deliveries.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Processing purchase orders and coordinating with factory teams regarding product timelines and inventory updates.
- Coordinating with production teams to manage lead times and monitor production schedules.
- Handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Tracking inventory, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Working with MS Excel for data entry, inventory tracking, and report preparation.
- Managing email communication and maintaining proper documentation.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
- Following up on customer requests and providing regular order updates.




- Supporting production planning and ensuring orders are completed within committed timelines.

Required Skills :

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Understanding of purchase orders, production schedules, and inventory management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualification & Experience

- Experience: 2–4 years in Production Follow-up, Order Processing, PPC, Customer Service, or Inventory Coordination.
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, email handling, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Objective To ensure effective coordination between customers, factory teams, and internal departments, maintain accurate order and inventory records, minimize production delays, and achieve timely delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.
