M-TRANS GROUP is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Specialist to manage product knowledge, conduct product demonstrations, support the sales team, and coordinate customer enquiries related to IT hardware, office automation, professional displays, digital signage, and queue management solutions.

The candidate will act as a product expert, helping customers understand product features, benefits, technical specifications, and suitable solutions while supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

1. Key Responsibilities Product Knowledge & Management

- Develop comprehensive knowledge of company products, features, specifications, pricing, and applications.
- Stay updated on new product launches, market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Prepare product comparison sheets, technical specifications, brochures, and presentations.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors for product information and technical updates.

Product Demonstrations
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers, dealers, hospitals, schools, colleges, restaurants, and corporate clients.
- Explain product features, benefits, applications, and return on investment.
- Arrange online and in office demonstrations based on customer requirements.
- Demonstrate digital signage software, queue management solutions, professional displays, and office automation equipment.

Sales Team Support
- Provide product training to sales executives and other relevant employees.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and product presentations.
- Assist in identifying the right product or solution based on customer requirements.
- Help the sales team handle technical questions and product-related objections.
- Support tender and GeM teams with product specifications and compliance documentation.

Customer Enquiry & Follow-Up
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Coordinate product trials, demonstrations,



and proof-of-concept activities where applicable.
- Follow up with customers after demonstrations and coordinate with sales executives to convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain records of enquiries, demonstrations, customer feedback, and follow-up status.

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with sales, service, purchase, tender, and marketing teams.
- Maintain product information, pricing records, and updated product documentation.
- Prepare daily activity reports and monthly product performance reports.
- Collect customer feedback and share product improvement opportunities with management.

1. Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; technical qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in product demonstrations, pre-sales, technical sales, or product management is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them in simple language.
- Customer-handling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer demonstrations when required.

- Demonstration-to-order conversion rate.

1. Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be confident in product presentations, proactive in customer follow-ups, technically curious, and capable of supporting the sales team in converting product enquiries into business opportunities. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
