Qualification: B.Tech Chemical / M.Sc Chemistry / Polymer
Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end production of water-based craft adhesives for Art & Craft segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily production planning and execution for reactors, blenders, and auto filling lines (tubes, bottles, jars).
- Control key parameters: Viscosity, pH, Solid %, Tack, Drying Time, and Shelf Life.
- Ensure batch consistency in color, odor, smoothness, and non-toxicity as per child-protected standards.
- Prevent issues like skinning, settling, coagulation, and microbial contamination.
- Coordinate with QC for testing and with Packing for small SKU filling (20ml to 1kg).
- Manage manpower, shift operations, raw material yield, and wastage control.
- Maintain BMR, SOP, ERP entries, and ensure plant hygiene & safety.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in water based emulsion-based adhesives.
