Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support corporate actions and asset servicing processes across global markets.
- Review and validate event data, announcements, and processing requirements for mandatory and voluntary actions.
- Support taxation, tax reclaim, and claims processing activities within capital markets operations.
- Work with internal teams to document business requirements and operational process flows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across banking and financial services functions to resolve process issues and improve operational efficiency.
Skills Required:
- 3 to 12 years of relevant experience in capital markets operations or business analysis.
- Strong domain knowledge of capital markets and investment banking operations.
- Experience in business analysis or operations within global banks or financial institutions.
- Hands-on exposure to corporate actions, asset servicing, announcement scrubbing, settlements, or related workflows.
- Ability to work in complex financial environments with accurate process understanding and stakeholder coordination.
Valuable to Have:
- Exposure to software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience working in product companies.
- Understanding of SaaS or BPaaS operating models.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
