Role summary. Configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow capabilities supporting EAM, WDF, integrations, automation, reporting, and user experiences.
Key responsibilities
Configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
Develop workflows using Flow Designer.
Build business rules, UI policies, script includes, and client scripts.
Develop integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
Support WDF implementation activities and data mappings.
Configure portals, UI Builder experiences, dashboards, and mobile applications.
Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment.
Experience
4+ years ServiceNow development experience.
Robust JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and APIs.
