Role Overview The STEM Trainer will lead the delivery of STEM & Robotics programme across government schools in Hosur – Rayakottai area. The role involves training students, managing the STEM labs, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes. It is a full time job and 6 days a week (Mon to Sat). Valuable TAMIL communication skills (Oral & Written) is a must. Candidates with minimum of 2 years need apply.

Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Training
Deliver engaging, hands-on STEM sessions for students (Grades 3– 9)
Conduct teacher training workshops and capacity-building programs
Facilitate project-based learning, innovation challenges, and competitions
Lab Management
Responsible for the maintenance of the STEM Lab in partner schools. Ensure optimal usage of kits, tools, and software platforms
Maintain inventory and ensure safety standards
Student Assessment & Outcomes
Evaluate student projects, assignments, and innovation outputs
Track learning outcomes and provide structured feedback
Support students in exhibitions, competitions and events in STEM




Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary academic interface for school HM s and coordinators
Provide regular updates on program progress and outcomes
Ensure high satisfaction and retention of partner schools

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ECE, EEE, ENI, Mechatronics) or Masters in Science (Physics / Maths)
1–3 years of experience in STEM education, robotics training
Strong knowledge of robotics platforms (Arduino, sensors, microcontrollers), coding (Scratch/Python/Embedded C)

Other Skills Required
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and working knowledge of English
Should be mobile - be able to travel locally everyday
Excellent presentation and classroom management skills
Experience working with schools (especially Government schools)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
