Role & responsibilities
Understand client requirements and map them to STERP solutions.
Assist in STERP implementation, configuration and customization.
Provide functional support and troubleshoot STERP issues.
Coordinate with clients/users for requirements and issue resolution.
Support testing, data validation and system enhancements.
Prepare functional documentation and provide user training/support.
Preferred candidate profile
1+ year of experience as STERP Consultant / ERP Consultant.
Valuable understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.
STERP implementation/support experience preferred.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and provide suitable ERP solutions.
Willing to work onsite in Pune.
