Technical Recruiting skills, knowledge on technology stacks and job roles
Knowledge of using Naukri and Linkedin for profile search
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in recruiting for technical positions
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1+ years of experience
