Role - ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Experience Required - 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications.
Implement and customize HRSD modules, including:
HR Case Management
Employee Service Center (ESC)
HR Knowledge Management
Lifecycle Events
Document Management
Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
Create and customize forms, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
Configure and enhance Employee Center/Employee Service Portal.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other third-party applications.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Support platform upgrades, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.




Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management activities.

Required Skills:
4+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
Solid experience in:
HR Case Management
Employee Center / Employee Service Portal
Lifecycle Events
Knowledge Management
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Experience with ServiceNow platform security, ACLs, and role-based access controls.
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and platform architecture.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
