Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and support ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions.
Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, workflows, business rules, and automations.
Develop REST/SOAP integrations and Service Graph Connectors.
Troubleshoot Discovery, integration, and CMDB data quality issues.
Support onboarding of infrastructure and application data sources.
Use AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and Amazon Q to improve development productivity.
Build AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions.
Follow DevOps, source control, and enterprise development practices.

Requirements
Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Valuable knowledge of CMDB, ITOM, integrations, and JavaScript.
Experience with AI-assisted coding, debugging, and automation.
Solid communication and ability to work with global/US stakeholders.
Ability to contribute from Day 1 with minimal ramp-up.
Education: Any Graduate
Skills: VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Amazon Q, Prompt Engineering
