Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with robust hands-on experience in Meta Ads and complete social media management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & other social media platforms.
Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
Handle audience targeting, retargeting, lead generation, conversions and campaign optimization.
Monitor and improve CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA & ROAS.
Develop engaging content including Reels, posts, stories, captions and creatives.
Track trends, competitors and social media algorithms.
Manage comments, messages and online community engagement.
Analyze performance and prepare regular reports.
Work on organic growth,



brand awareness and lead generation.

Requirements
5–10 years of experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing.
Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media platforms.
Positive understanding of content creation, analytics and paid advertising.
Creative, analytical and result-oriented.
Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Ads will be an advantage.
