We are looking for a Technical Recruiter – Semiconductor with solid experience in hiring for semiconductor, embedded, and engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for Semiconductor & Engineering positions
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.
Work on niche technical requirements across VLSI, ASIC, Firmware, Embedded, Verification, Validation, Physical Design, STA, etc.
Understand JDs and assess candidates against technical requirements
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Ensure quality submissions and timely closure of positions





What We are Looking For:

3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment

Hands-on experience hiring for Semiconductor / Engineering roles

Valuable understanding of technical skills and industry terminology

Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
