We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other necessary items.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
Take guest orders and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely service.
Ensure dining areas, tables, and service stations are clean and organized.
Explicit tables and reset them promptly after guests finish dining.
Respond politely to guest requests and address basic service concerns.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Maintain proper handling and storage of service equipment.
Coordinate with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other team members to ensure effective service.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and standard operating procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
