Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D and Sheet Metal.
Knowledge of blank/flat development.
Knowledge of Simple, Compound and Progressive Press Tools.
Knowledge of strip layout development.
Press tonnage calculation.
Punch and die clearance calculation.
Knowledge of standard tool components.
Good understanding of tool manufacturing, assembly and press trials.
Engineering drawing, dimensions and tolerance knowledge.
Strong design and drawing interpretation skills.
Positive 3D visualization ability.
Manufacturing-oriented design approach.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Valuable coordination with manufacturing teams.
Ability to troubleshoot tool trial issues.
Quality and cost-conscious approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
