1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination (prior experience in retail, hospitality, or service/rental industries is highly preferred).
Solid interviewing, candidate assessment, and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with popular job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, local employment boards) and HR management platforms.
Good organizational capabilities with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail/service workplace with high-volume recruitment needs.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
