We are looking for experienced and motivated Telecallers & Immigration Counsellors to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients regarding overseas immigration, work visa and Visitor/Tourist visa prospects.
Understand clients’ requirements and provide suitable information about available immigration programs.
Counsel clients professionally and explain the process, eligibility, documentation and service details.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert genuine prospects into clients.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and client interactions.
Achieve monthly calling, counselling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for smooth client processing.
Requirements:
Previous experience in immigration, visa consultancy or overseas recruitment is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable knowledge of basic immigration/visa processes.
Confident, presentable and target-oriented personality.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Location: Mohali Salary: Negotiable – Based on experience
Joining: Immediate / As soon as possible
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
