About the Role We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives across multiple platforms. The role demands a mix of creativity, data-driven decision making, and leadership to enhance our brand presence, engage audiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
Closely work with Digital Marketing Manager and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and competitor activities. • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain brand voice. • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment.




Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Knowledge of graphic editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar) to create and optimize social media creatives.
Solid understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.
Hands-on experience with paid campaigns and social media analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with solid visual sense.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valuable to Have
Experience in real estate marketing or handling multiple brand accounts.
