WeShine Academy is looking for a General English Trainer to train students preparing for TNPSC examinations. The candidate should have strong English grammar, vocabulary and comprehension skills with the ability to teach concepts in a simple and exam-oriented manner.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct General English classes for TNPSC aspirants.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, comprehension and sentence structure.
Explain concepts clearly with exam-oriented examples.
Prepare study materials, notes and practice questions.
Conduct topic-wise tests, mock tests and revision sessions.
Explain previous-year TNPSC General English questions.
Identify students' learning gaps and provide guidance.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions.
Stay updated with the latest TNPSC syllabus and exam pattern.
Support the academic team in preparing quality English content.
Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a relevant field.
Robust knowledge of English Grammar and Vocabulary.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of TNPSC General English syllabus.
Previous competitive-exam teaching experience is an advantage.
Candidates with TNPSC exam preparation experience are preferred.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply.
Ability to explain English concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

TNPSC Prelims/Mains qualified candidates.
Candidates with competitive-exam teaching experience.
English faculty with strong TNPSC syllabus knowledge.
