We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales, manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall business performance.
Lead, train, and motivate showroom sales executives and support staff.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and product displays.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and management teams.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and safety standards.
Develop customer relationships and support repeat business.
