Job Purpose To manage daily store operations, maintain inventory records, ensure proper material receipt and issuance, and support timely material availability for project execution.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any stream or Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Civil/Mechanical in a relevant field.
Candidates with store management or inventory management certifications will be preferred.
Work Experience
Experience: 3–7 years in store and inventory management.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.
Key Skills
Material inward and outward management.
Inventory control and stock reconciliation.
Preparation of GRN, MRN, material issue slips, and stock reports.
Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
Vendor coordination and documentation.
Physical stock verification and record maintenance.
Material handling and storage management.
Job Responsibilities
Receive, inspect,



and record incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Issue materials to site teams against approved material requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock registers and ERP inventory records.
Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
Maintain records of damaged, excess, and returned materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with vendors, purchase, accounts, and site departments.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and store safety standards.
Preferred Candidate A disciplined and detail-oriented candidate with robust inventory management skills, ERP knowledge, and experience handling construction or industrial project stores.
