Showroom Operations Manager

Role: Showroom Operations Manager Experience: 4–8 years in Showroom/Retail/Store Operations

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise sales staff and allocate daily duties.
Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments.
Oversee billing, cash handling, payments, and daily sales reports.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Implement showroom policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
Track sales, expenses, stock movement, and operational performance.




Train and motivate the team to improve productivity.
Ensure showroom cleanliness, safety, and security.
Identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of retail and showroom operations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Sales planning and target management.
Knowledge of inventory, billing, and stock management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/POS systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
