We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle patient enquiries, follow-up calls, appointment coordination, and provide accurate information about hospital/IVF services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Respond to patient enquiries and provide relevant information.
Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatments, appointments, and enquiries.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, reception, and other departments when required.
Convert enquiries into appointments and support patient retention.
Make follow-up calls to previous and prospective patients.
Explain hospital/IVF services clearly and politely.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Perform other duties assigned by the department/in-charge.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer service; hospital experience preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Malayalam and English communication skills required.
Hindi/Tamil would be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and valuable convincing skills.
Target-oriented and patient-friendly approach.
