Ensure reception of tooling on due time
Monitor conformance and valuable condition of the tools
Ensure conformity to standard and procedure
Ensure availability of tools for supporting operations (condition, calibration, scheduling…)
Proposing process changes to improve efficiency
Have team spirit:
robust relationship with the methods and industrialization, Quality, Operations and HSE teams.
Leadership to lead the activity and the team
Know-how:
Ability to lead in a technical and/or complex organization.
Management & reporting skills.
Ability to adapt to the current digital environments.
Advance knowledge of IT tools for the rooters management
