Role & responsibilities
GRN (Goods Received Note): Ensure all incoming materials are properly received, verified, and recorded through the GRN process.
Production Requirements: Monitor inventory and ensure materials are available as per production requirements to avoid production delays. 3. FIFO (First In, First Out): Follow the FIFO system for material movement and consumption to ensure older stock is utilized first.
Weekly Physical Stock Verification: Conduct physical stock verification once every week and reconcile the physical stock with the system inventory.
Daily, Monthly & MIS Reports: Prepare and maintain daily reports, monthly reports, and MIS reports related to inventory, stock movement, and operational activities.
