Critical Criteria:
Experience:
10–15 years of hands-on software engineering experience (with the potential to grow into Architect-level individual contributor roles).
Core Tech:
Expert proficiency in
Java
(Spring Boot) is mandatory. Robust experience in Cloud Engineering, particularly
AWS
, is expected.
AIDLC Proficiency:
Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, etc.) for real-world software development. Not just casual chatbot use, but integrating AI into the full lifecycle.
Architecture:
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
Engineering Rigor:
Proven ability to build software that is secure, testable, and observable. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and containers is essential.
