Manage daily operations of the store.

Monitor picking, packing and dispatch activities.
Ensure timely order processing.
Manage and supervise store staff.
Maintain stock accuracy and proper store arrangement.
Handle stock discrepancies, damages and returns.
Ensure store hygiene, safety and SOP compliance.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Coordinate with delivery and operations teams.
