Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
Prepare baseline schedules, detailed work programs, weekly look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
Monitor actual project progress against planned targets and identify delays, slippages, and critical activities.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, MEP, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams to ensure schedule alignment.
Track critical path, key milestones, dependencies, manpower, and resource requirements.
Collect and validate progress data from site teams and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Analyze schedule performance and highlight potential risks, delays, and areas requiring management intervention.




Support preparation of mitigation and recovery plans to achieve project milestones and completion targets.
Conduct schedule impact and delay analysis and maintain records for project controls and contractual requirements.
Prepare progress dashboards, S-curves, and other planning and reporting presentations for project management.
Ensure timely updating of project schedules and maintain accurate planning and progress documentation.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely execution of critical data center construction and MEP activities.
