We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible System Operator to support day-to-day warehouse operations through accurate system handling, data entry, inventory coordination, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily warehouse system operations and data entry.
Maintain and update stock and inventory records accurately.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
Enter and verify inward and outward stock details in the system.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Track inventory movements and identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock and system-related activities.
Ensure accuracy of system entries and maintain data confidentiality.
Perform other system and warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualification & Eligibility
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field preferred.
Robust proficiency / fluency in MS Excel is mandatory.
Good computer and data-entry skills.
Freshers can apply.
0–1 year of warehouse/system operation experience preferred.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
