Minimum 5 Responsibilities/day to day activities() for this position
Search and monitor e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals) daily for relevant industrial product tenders. Register the company with current government bodies, PSUs and private corporations
Review technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and eligibility criteria to evaluate bid feasibility. Identify specific product make, model, and regulatory compliance certificates required by the buyer
Compile and format all technical documents, past performance certificates, and commercial quote sheets. Manage the timely, error-free online or physical submission of bids before the strict deadline. Arrange for EMD and BG with the finance team




Attend pre-bid meetings and open-bid sessions to track competitor pricing and updates. Maintain a central repository of submitted bids, successful wins, and contract lifecycles
Coordinate with agencies, manufacturers to obtain technical data sheets, and authorization letters

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
