Role Title: Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead (Java)

Location / Work Model: Noida (Sector 144) | Hybrid (2 days from office)

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Java developers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable Java applications and microservices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Drive code quality through code reviews, best practices, testing, documentation, and performance optimisation.

Core Requirements
7+ years of experience in Java development, including hands-on leadership responsibilities.
Solid expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs,



microservices architecture, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, unit testing (JUnit), SQL, ORM technologies, and Git.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have
Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
