About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who enjoys interacting with people and understands the quick-paced world of fashion and e-commerce. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Assist customers with product, order, payment, delivery, exchange, and return-related queries.
Track orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams when required.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.




Maintain a positive and professional brand experience across all customer interactions.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support, preferably in Fashion, E-commerce, or Retail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working for 6days
Customer-oriented approach with valuable problem-solving skills.
Comfortable handling multiple queries and tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce order management and customer support processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Should be proactive, patient, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
