About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical/Content Writer with strong experience in product communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content, while ensuring consistency in style and messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the product, features, and services to effectively communicate value to both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other technical teams to gather insights and create engaging write-ups for existing and new product features.
Assist the product management team with in-application walkthroughs, ensuring they align with user guides, best practices, and usability standards.
Establish and maintain a consistent and professional messaging style across all product-related content.
Own and manage the knowledge base and support content repository, ensuring timely updates and relevance.
Periodically audit content to verify alignment with current product features, functionality, and user experience.
Deliver explicit, concise, and accurate documentation, user guides, FAQs,



and support articles to enhance user understanding and adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2 to 6 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer / Content Writer, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
Solid understanding of software products, technical concepts, and ability to translate them into user-friendly content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience in creating product documentation, walkthroughs, knowledge base articles, and support content.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and customer success.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), knowledge base tools, or documentation platforms is an advantage.
