UK Customer Service Associate – Early Morning Shift

Shift Timings (IST):
6:30 AM – 3:30 PM / 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (depending on UK seasonal timings)

Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays per month (based on shift allocation).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to support our UK-based property operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone, managing service-related enquiries and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

The position combines 70% UK voice-based customer service and 30% administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls from UK customers and provide professional assistance.
Address customer concerns, complaints and general service enquiries.
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
Monitor outstanding customer issues and provide timely updates.
Maintain accurate customer information and update internal systems.
Assist with email correspondence,



data entry and daily operational reporting.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a UK international customer service voice process; 2 years preferred.
Excellent English fluency with clear pronunciation and skilled telephone etiquette.
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to manage challenging customer situations.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of MS Office and customer management systems.
Comfortable working early morning shifts and scheduled Saturdays.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in UK inbound customer service, property management support or service coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
