Role Overview The TechnoCommercial Manager will drive business growth by acquiring new customers for heavy machining and fabrication, developing OEM accounts, managing GEM portal operations, and preparing competitive technocommercial proposals. The role requires strong technical understanding, customer engagement skills, and the ability to convert engineering capability into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent customers in sectors such as valves, pumps, compressors, automotive, process industries, and heavy engineering.
Map industrial clusters in Coimbatore, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, and other regions to generate new business prospects.
Acquire recent customers for CNC heavy machining and fabrication.
Develop and manage OEM accounts,



including vendor registration and audits.
Handle GEM portal bidding and tender submissions.
Prepare technocommercial proposals and cost sheets.
Interpret engineering drawings and ensure manufacturability.
Coordinate with internal teams for costing, production, and QA.
Manage customer communication, negotiations, and project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Mechanical/Production Engineering background.
Strong technical knowledge of machining & fabrication.
Experience in OEM account management and GEM portal preferred.
Min 10 years of customer development experience
