Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and verify RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor/vendor bills.
Measure and certify executed quantities as per drawings, BOQ, and site records.
Maintain billing records, quantity tracking sheets, and cost reports.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, clients, and contractors for bill certification.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely submission of bills.
Prepare variation statements, extra item claims, and rate analysis.
Reconcile material consumption, work progress, and billed quantities.
Assist in budget control, cost monitoring, and project profitability analysis.
Ensure compliance with contract conditions and billing procedures.
Support project documentation, MIS reporting, and audit requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2 to 8 years of experience in construction billing and quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and rate analysis.




Experience in client billing, contractor billing, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software/ERP systems.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and project documentation.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines.
Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
