Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Technical 80%-20 Functional)
Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, including design, development, troubleshooting, and integration with downstream systems.
Good knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Reports, with the ability to develop complex reports, dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions to support business requirements.
