Role & responsibilities
Review and analyse financial statements, annual reports, quarterly results, and other corporate disclosures of listed companies.
Identify financial red flags, unusual transactions, accounting irregularities, and indicators of potential fraud or misreporting.
Conduct detailed financial ratio analysis, trend analysis
Examine auditor qualifications, corporate governance concerns, related-party transactions, and other risk indicators.
Prepare detailed surveillance reports, investigation notes, and analytical summaries for management review.
Lead investigations relating to suspected financial fraud, earnings manipulation, accounting anomalies, and disclosure violations
