We are looking for a confident and motivated Telly Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for further customer follow-up.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain a positive and professional approach while communicating with customers.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Language known: Hindi,English and Gujarati
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Previous Telly Calling/Sales experience will be an advantage.
