We are looking for a Painting Trainer who will be responsible for training and improving the performance of our painting service partners. The role focuses on enhancing sales skills, service quality, customer experience, and partner productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Train painting partners on sales pitch, objection handling, and conversion techniques.
Improve communication, grooming, and customer interaction skills.
Conduct training to enhance inspection and service quality ratings.
Identify and resolve low customer ratings through coaching.
Provide regular sales and service training sessions.
Ensure partners follow company processes and avoid off-platform transactions.
Requirements
Experience in training, sales, or operations (preferably in painting/interiors/home services).
Solid communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel locally to train service partners.
Goal: Improve partner performance, customer satisfaction, service quality, and sales conversions
