Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to plan and conduct employee training programs, improve service standards, and support employee development across hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs across different hotel departments.
Prepare and implement monthly and annual training calendars.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for recent employees.
Train employees on guest service, grooming, communication, and SOPs.
Coordinate with HODs to identify performance and skill gaps.
Conduct refresher and departmental training programs.
Monitor employee participation and training effectiveness.
Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
Evaluate employee performance after training.
Promote a solid culture of continuous learning and service excellence.
