Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day nursing home operations and administration.
Supervise doctors, nurses, the front office, housekeeping, and support staff.
Ensure smooth patient admission, discharge, billing, and service coordination.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Maintain patient satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.
Coordinate with doctors, vendors, and management.
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory, medicines, consumables, and general supplies.
Prepare daily/weekly operational and financial reports for management.
