To check various Government Tender Platforms like Central Public Procurement Portal, GeM, Defence Procurement, Banking Tenders, IREPS, Tender Tiger, Tender Reading etc for Central, TS, AP, TN, Karnataka States on daily basis
Attend all Pre-Bid Meetings when-ever scheduled
Prepare tender documents both on line/off line
Preparation of EMD well in advance as per the requirement
Prepare both Technical Bid Data and Price Bid data as per RFP
Ensure that there are Nil Disqualification of both Technical & Commercial Bids submitted
Attend all price bid meetings
To thoroughly check the work orders for correctness of Contract Period, Company Details, Contract Validity, Security Deposit and key Clauses.
To coordinate with current clients for timely finalization of agreements.
Submission of Performance Bank Guarantee within stipulated time.
To coordinate handover complete details of deployment to be carried out to Operations Team before 15 days of actual deployment.
Monthly MIS for EMDs/PBGs submitted for tender participation.
To coordinate and ensure all EMDs/PBGs are received back wherever tenders are not awarded to the company.
