Role Description

This is a full time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Tendering Specialist.

The Tendering

Specialist will be responsible for managing tender processes, preparing proposals, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures. Day-to-day tasks include creating and submitting tender documents, coordinating with stakeholders,



and monitoring market trends to optimize prospects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in securing projects and driving business success.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Tender Management and Proposal Writing, with demonstrated experience in preparing and submitting detailed tender documents
Robust Analytical Skills to evaluate bids, monitor market trends, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies
Knowledge of Procurement processes and regulations, including experience in compliance with industry standards
Ability to work under deadlines, problem-solving skills, and detail orientation
Educational qualifications or certifications in procurement, contract management, or related fields are advantageous
