ML / Applied-AI Track Making models actually work in production:
Retrieval quality
Prompting & agent design
Evaluation
Fine-tuning
Voice bots
In-app assistants
Ad designers

We hire across every level — Junior Staff Same engineering bar. Growing scope.
Junior (0–2 yrs): Ships well-scoped work, solid fundamentals
Mid (2–5 yrs): Owns features end-to-end
Senior (5+ yrs): Owns systems and reliability, mentors, drives design

• Staff / Lead: Sets technical direction and makes long-horizon bets

What ties both tracks together? End-to-end ownership: design build ship monitor on-call.

We care about clean, well-tested code and treat reliability, latency, cost, and observability as first-class requirements.

And because we're building in a regulated environment, data privacy, access controls, and auditability are part of the job — not an afterthought.

What we look for:
Strong CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms & system design
A track record of shipping software in production
Nice to have: fintech / lending / payments or other regulated-domain experience
LLMOps / MLOps tooling, vector databases & evaluation frameworks

• Open-source contributions or AI/ML side projects
